Ballistic BallPrivacy Policy
Ballistic Ball is a free game made for players of all ages, including children. The short version: the app does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
What stays on your device
Your game progress (levels completed, stars, coins, and unlocked skins) is saved only on your iPhone or iPad. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes that progress.
What we do not collect
- No names, email addresses, or account sign-ups.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
- No advertising, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics.
- No purchases or payment information.
Monthly reminders (optional)
The game can remind you when a new monthly world opens. If you say yes, these reminders are scheduled on your device by the app itself using standard iOS notifications. No notification service, server, or device token is involved, and you can turn them off at any time in the game's settings or in iOS Settings.
Game updates
When the app opens, it may check for new levels and worlds using Expo Application Services (EAS Update), the same service the app is built with. That check is a standard internet request, which means Expo's servers receive routine connection details such as your device's IP address and app version in order to deliver the update. We do not receive or keep any of this information. Expo's privacy policy is at expo.dev/privacy.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws by design.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy (for example, if optional ads or purchases are added in the future), we will update this page and the effective date before the change goes live.
